Full Refunds
- Available: Up to 48 hours before your booking.
Requesting a Refund
- How to Request: Submit a request using the link in your confirmation email, and a member of our team will happily assist you.
Rescheduling
- Available: Up to 2 hours before your booking.
- How to Reschedule: Refer back to your confirmation email, create an account, and reschedule online. Please note you can“t change location.
- Important Note: Rescheduling is not available if you booked less than 48 hours before your booking.
