Arrival & Check-in Procedure

We are excited to welcome you to Java Whiskers! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable visit, please follow these steps upon arrival:

Check-In Process

1. Check-In at the Café: Upon arrival, please check-in at the café prior to entry. We will:

   • Check your tickets
   • Verify your waivers
   • Take your food and beverage orders

2. House Rules: At the time of your booking, our team members will give you a brief reminder of our house rules.

Entering the Lounge

3. Cloak Room: After check-in, you will enter our designated cloak room where we ask you to:

   • Wash your hands
   • Hang coats
   • Leave any bags or larger items
   • Remove your shoes (sock covers are provided if needed)
   • This is all for the well-being of our cats and kittens!

3. Escort to Your Table: A team member will then bring you to your table.

5. Food and Beverage Service: Once you’re settled in, we will deliver your food and beverage order directly to your table.
6. Bathroom: There is a bathroom located within the cloak room that you are welcome to use throughout your visit.
